Ciao, I’m Tiziana PM, Consultant and AICP Coach.
Last week, over 350 colleagues and I got together to celebrate over 20 years since the Turin 2006 Games — the first Olympic Games I ever worked on. So many years have passed, and I’ve worked on many different projects across Italy and around the world.
And I felt something that many PMOs can relate to: you work on a project, there’s always something you’d like to improve or change, but there’s never enough time — because you have to deliver, on schedule, with the resources you’ve been given
The post-project fatigue drains your energy for innovation.
Then you start working on the next project and feel the weight of the same patterns: growing urgencies, unclear delegations, improvement ideas that stay just thoughts. It’s a wheel that keeps turning the same way — but you can break it.
What if you approached your next project or event with a fresh mindset, focusing clearly on what to improve to achieve smoother, more serene results?
This is where we work together, 1:1.
We start with a free 15–20 minute chat: we talk about your project, the fatigue you’re feeling, and see whether this approach is right for you — no commitment.
Everything happens online, flexible around your schedule.
This isn’t a standard course.
It’s personalized coaching to align your vision with your next real project. It’s not a long program — it’s a challenge. We work on your real experience: we’ll map your current fatigue, define a SMART goal, and weave empathic feedback with concrete actions.
My role? A compass, not a map.
For me, coaching is about action, not theory. I offer new perspectives — as if I were lending you my glasses so you can see your situation in a different light and consider another point of view. Then it’s up to you to choose the direction and the steps to take to try out new actions.
FAQ
After the free introductory chat, we’ll schedule your first session.
The program is designed to be simple and tailored to you. We begin with a 15–20-minute introductory talk to see if there’s a good connection and whether working together makes sense. If we decide to continue, the program includes either 3 or 5 sessions, depending on your goals and how deeply you want to dive in. If you later feel the need to continue, we can always consider additional sessions together.
A goal is a clear, concrete direction that’s meaningful and useful to you — formulated using the SMART method:
Specific (what exactly), Measurable (how you know you’ve achieved it), Achievable (realistic for you), Relevant (important for what you truly want), and Time-bound (by when).
An unclear goal might be: “I want to lose weight.”
A well-formulated goal could be: “Within 8 weeks, I want to lose 4 kilos by following a diet and working out once a week.”
It’s an accessible investment — aligned with other activities we choose to take care of our well-being. The cost depends on the number of sessions: the 3-session program costs €230, and the 5-session program costs €360. I’ve chosen to keep it affordable and down-to-earth so it fits a serious yet sustainable approach. If there’s a need to continue, we can decide together on further sessions.
Yes. If at any point during the program you feel it’s not the right moment or you simply want to stop, you can do so at any time. You’ll only pay for the sessions you’ve actually had — simple and straightforward.
I completed a dedicated coaching training program and became a Professional Coach, building on years of experience as a Project Manager and consultant in major international events. I’m a member of AICP, and my approach combines method, active listening, and confidentiality.
It’s mainly online — this way we can work flexibly, without location limits. If at some point it makes sense to add in-person meetings, we can explore that option together. But the base structure is designed to be convenient, simple, and accessible wherever you are.
Coaching is a method that adapts to both the person and the context. It works well for projects with multiple moving parts: sports or cultural events, fairs, campaigns, initiatives involving many stakeholders, the launch of new activities, or complex projects requiring coordination, clarity, and flexibility.
It’s especially helpful if you’d like to approach your next project with more focus and a lighter, yet concrete, way of working.
Perfect — we can design that together. Individual coaching remains the base format, but we can build a custom solution that combines:
1:1 coaching for each person (individual space) + Group sessions where, as facilitator, I identify shared dynamics and work with you on best practices.
This way, we align individual approaches and create consistency across the team. We’ll discuss it in the initial chat.
